Privacy Policy for Cruiser Duels Game Application

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) are a legally binding agreement that governs the relationship between you and Lancaster Digital LDA, a company with registered address at: Portugal, Porto, Rua de Brito Capelo 170/4, 4050-128 and its affiliates (“Lancaster Digital LDA” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Lancaster Digital LDA’s games and mobile applications and other related services (the “Service”) that are made available via app stores including the Apple Application Store, Google Play Store (our “Games”).

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Application. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this Service after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Types of Data Collected
  • When you use our application, software or Web Site, we receive the information you have marked as okay to share publicly and with our applications, such as your name (first or last name), email address including but not limited to a hashed email address, coarse location (information that describes the location of a user or device with lower resolution than a latitude and longitude with three or more decimal places, such as approximate location services). Like all services, Lancaster Digital LDA automatically receives and may record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Lancaster Digital LDA cookie information, the page you requested, HTTP Headers including user-agent, http-referer and other.
  • Lancaster Digital LDA applications do gather device identification information:
  • User ID such as screen name, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account;
  • Device ID such as the device’s advertising identifier, GPS-ADID, IDFA, IDFV, Firebase installation ID or other device-level ID;
  • Device Data such as device serial number, manufacturer, board model and number, device brand and model, product id, platform, ram size, rom size, cpu information;
  • OS Data operating system version, build number and time, local system date and time, timezone, system country and language;
  • Purchase history. An account’s or individual’s purchases or purchase tendencies. Including payment date, payment id, purchased product id;
  • Product Interaction such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, search history, saved place in a game or other information about how the user interacts with the app;
  • Advertising data such as information about the advertisements the user has seen; Other usage Data including advertising link parameters utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_medium, utm_content and other data such as ad campaign name, ad campaign identifier, media source, banner identifier, banner set identifier, banner view time and click time, banner view and click identifiers, app install time and attribution id, keyword, cost, 3rd party advertising identifiers. Any other data about user activity in the app;
  • Crash Data such as crash logs;
  • Performance Data such as launch time, hang rate, or energy use;
  • Other Data. Any other data such as MAC Address, IMEI, Unique Device Identifier (UDID) or equivalent, Device ID, browser type, list of other installed software. Lancaster Digital LDA applications keep ID and certain information (including access to your friends list as well as aggregated non-personal analytics data about our users) from social networks (e.g., Facebook).
  • Lancaster Digital LDA also collects other personal or business information you give us in order to help you with any queries or support matters you may need assistance with via our forums or customer support service.
  • Lancaster Digital LDA uses information to customize the advertising and content you see, improve our services, contact you through your email address, conduct research, and provide anonymous aggregate reporting for internal and external clients for the following general purposes:
Third-Party Advertising
Such as displaying third-party ads in app, or sharing data with entities who display third-party ads

Developer’s Advertising or Marketing
Such as displaying first-party ads in app, sending marketing communications directly to users, or sharing data with entities who will display ads

Analytics
Using data to evaluate user behavior, including to understand the effectiveness of existing product features, plan new features, or measure audience size or characteristics
Product Personalization
Customizing what the user sees, such as a list of recommended products, posts, or suggestions

App Functionality
Such as to authenticate the user, enable features, prevent fraud, implement security measures, ensure server up-time, minimize app crashes, improve scalability and performance, or perform customer support

Any other purposes not listedPlease pay your attention, we do not collect and process information that is usually automatically collected through a User’s interaction with services through cookies and other technologies.
  • Your personal information may also be processed if it is required by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defense or exercise of legal claims.
  • We will not delete personal information if it is relevant to an investigation or a dispute.
  • It will continue to be stored until those issues are fully resolved and/or during the term that is required and/or permissible under applicable/relevant law.
  • We do not require you to submit any special categories of personal data, such as personal data relating to your health or religion, credit or debit card data. Please note, if you do not want us to process sensitive and special categories of data about you (including data relating to your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, and your sexual orientation) you should take care not to send this information to us.
  • If we intend to further process your data for any other purpose to those set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall provide you with details of this further purpose before we commence processing.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Lancaster Digital LDA does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
To provide you with additional information and services;
To complete the financial transactions carried out by you while using our products, software, services and Web sites;
When such disclosure is necessary for the execution of justice or the execution of a judicial act or an act from another body or official which must be executed in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Lancaster Digital LDA shall store your information and data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of carrying out this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, complying with legal requirements, and fulfilling any relevant court decisions.
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Lancaster Digital LDA. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from Lancaster Digital LDA and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information, nor are they given permission to keep or store that information.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Lancaster Digital LDA's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
We transfer information about you if Lancaster Digital LDA is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Lancaster Digital LDA will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Lancaster Digital LDA if we have a belief in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
  • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;
  • detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;

International Transfers
We may transfer and maintain on our servers or databases some of your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The countries to which we transfer your data may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We take reasonable cyber security measures and/or put in place the Standard Contractual Clauses (e.g. Model Clauses, Data Processing Agreement/Addendum) to ensure your data is adequately protected.

Retention Periods
We will retain your personal information for as long as required to perform the purposes for which the data was collected depending on the legal basis for which that data was obtained and/or whether additional legal/regulatory obligations mandate that we retain your personal information during the term that is required and/or permissible under applicable/relevant law.
You may request to remove your data on our Services by contacting the Service support (see Section 10 for details).

Your Rights
You have the following rights, in certain circumstances, in relation to your personal information:
(a) Right to access your personal information.
(b) Right to rectify your personal information: you can request that we update, block or delete your personal data, if the data is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unlawfully received or no longer relevant for the purpose of processing.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Children
Protecting children's privacy online is extremely important to us. Our online or mobile products and services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Please note that if you grant consent for your child to use our online or mobile products and services, this may include such general audience communication services as email, instant messaging, and online groups, and your child will be able to communicate with, and disclose personal information to, other users of all ages. We encourage you to talk with your children about communicating with strangers and disclosing personal information online.

Use of Advertisement

We may display advertisements within the Application, which may be targeted to your interests and preferences based on your use of the Application and other data collected by third-party advertisers. These advertisements may be provided by third-party advertisers, who may collect and use information about your device, location, and other usage data to serve more relevant advertisements.

In-App Purchases
The Application may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency, items, or other virtual content. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you may be required to provide billing and payment information, such as your name, billing address, and credit card details. This information is collected and processed by third-party payment service providers, who are responsible for securely processing your payment information.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account or through a notice within the Application. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
